Our Story
From California to Florida: Our Journey to Deliciousness
We moved from California to Florida in search of the perfect paradise for our retirement. In California, I ran a beauty business that struggled to thrive after our move, prompting me to find a new career path. As I began sharing my homemade dishes, featuring authentic Mexican food and homemade tortillas, with new local friends, they all adored the flavors. However, I quickly noticed a lack of that homemade taste in the local restaurants. Inspired by this gap, we decided to start a food truck business that mirrors our commitment as a family-owned Mexican restaurant. After 8 months of refining our process, we launched our first food truck, and serving our community alongside my family has been both a joyful and rewarding experience.
